You are invited to the 2024 Sydney Mid Single Adult Convention

We invite you to attend the 2024 Sydney Mid Single Adult Convention, hosted by the Sydney Multi Stake Single Adult Convention Committee. All mid single adults aged from 31 to 50 are welcome to attend. Please use the registration page to enter your details and make payment for the convention.

Location:  The Tops Conference Centre, 51 Bendena Gardens, Stanwell Tops NSW 2508

Dates:      Friday 13th December, 6:00pm - Monday 16th December, 12:00pm

Cost:         $200 per person (fulltime) - payment must be made via this website.

Full payment will be required by 1st October 2024. Please refer to the email you receive after payment to see terms and conditions.

Part time registration options not including accomodation are also available (select registration type in the registration form).

All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper) will be provided by the venue.

Join us for a dynamic Saturday morning filled with adventure! We're offering two fantastic activities, and you get to choose one!

Will you dive into the mini olympics, showcasing your skills in team races, basketball, and more. If you're in the mood for a leisurely experience, hop on the Bus Tour and soak in the scenic coastal views. After both these activities we will join everyone at the beach.

To select your preferred activity, simply indicate your choice in the registration form. 

 

  1. Mini Olympics: Enjoy a range of sports activities at the Tops Conference Centre, including team races, basketball, and more!

  2. Bus Tour: Explore the area with a guided bus tour, taking in the sights and sounds of the beautiful coastal scenery.

Sydney Mid Single Adult Convention 2024

“We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men ... If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.” (13th Article of Faith)

It is the desire of the Convention Committee that all who attend have an enjoyable, uplifting, and motivating time while participating. To help you achieve this and maintain Church standards, you are required to read and accept the below Code of Conduct before confirming your registration.

  1. I will follow the direction of priesthood leaders, convention committee organisers, and venue staff at all times and treat them with respect.

  2. I will follow all convention and venue rules at all times.

  3. I will keep my assigned accommodation and other facilities clean and tidy, and ensure that my room and flat are left clean and tidy when I leave.

  4. I will report any damage to convention leaders or venue staff immediately, and I agree that I will be responsible for the cost of repairs to damage that I have caused.

  5. I understand that sexual harassment, unlawful behaviour, derogatory remarks or jokes based on a person’s gender, race, ethnicity, religion or disability will not be tolerated.

  6. The venue has a strict policy of no alcohol, no smoking and no non-prescription drugs allowed at any time. It is their policy that any person who breaches these rules will be asked to leave the premises.

  7. I understand that any form of violence, threat of violence or bullying to another person or to his/her property will not be tolerated.

  8. I understand all persons on the Site must respect reasonable noise constraints while on the Site. After 10:30pm noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid any inconvenience, or nuisance, being caused to other persons.
